So you may have seen many recipes for quick microwave mug cakes. Not gonna lie, so have I. Whether it's for those mid-week cravings or a last minute dessert option, this recipe is to die for. I've done some research and I've modified recipes to make this one my own. I hope you all like it as much as I do.

What you'll need:

- 4 tbsp of plain flour

- 2 tbsp of cocoa powder

- 2 tbsp of sugar

- 1-2 tbsp of milo (optional)

- Pinch of salt

- 5 tbsp of milk

- 2 tbsp of vegetable oil

Method:

1) Sift all dry ingredients into mug or mixing bowl and mix.

2) Add milk then oil and mix thoroughly.

3) if you haven't put the mixture in the mug do so now and microwave for 90 secs (1100 watt)

Tips:

- If you are unsure of microwave times start at 60 secs and go up at 15 sec

intervals.

- Always make sure there are no dry ingredients stuck at the bottom of the mug or mixing bowl.

- For extra flavour add Nutella and/or ice-cream on top of your finished creation.

Hope you enjoy, xx.
